I had lunch around 12:00 with their Salad and Trader Joe's arugula. I am not sure which cause this, but I felt Nausea and started to vomit around 5:30. Vomiting multiple times already. I also had Diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
