Got a cold cut combo with American cheese, green peppers, cucumbers, tomato lettuce Avocado, mayo, mustard and spinich. Starting vomiting within 2 hours of eating and have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

After leaving the restaurant my girlfriend couldn’t even move because of how much pain she was in. She couldn’t drive so I took over. I got home and started feeling the same way.
