The only same thing we ate and hours later my two children and me and husband are vomiting and diarrhea uncontrollably. I'm pregnant so will be calling doc in am when. Praying that my 2 yr old doesn't get it and thankfully my 1 yr old didn't eat it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate taco bell and i ate a burrito at 9:07 i ate 1 burrito and when i was about to eat another one i had this painful cramp and i couldn't stand up when it stopped i ran in the restroom and i had diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Ordered fish with a side of rice. I think the main source of the food poisoning was from the fish. Although my friend, who ate the rice, also experienced diarrhea. Symptoms have persisted for almost 3 days with significant abdominal pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
