I ate boneless Wings and fries and got a side order of dipping sauce which was the hot sauce and I drink a Sierra mist and I started having diarrhea this morning 2/5/2016.. this is the worst feeling ever ... I can't even eat anything  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Ordered 2 bowls one with barbacoa and carnitas and have been nauseous and vomiting all night. Water wont even stay down. Along with a massive headache. Its the only thing i ate so i know its chipotle...  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
