On October 6th at 2 am I had two hard shells tacos I started getting acid reflux and the next morning felt like I was going to vomit a fever started and I felt like I ate poison and was going to die I drank water and ate some plain bread it finally passed after some time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Acid reflux
