I ate from the soup and salad bar, I had lobster bisque and an assortment of things from the salad bar.
I feel super ill, and unable to hold down fluids. I am throwing up bile, and I have severe diarrhea.
My symptoms have persisted for three days now.
I am going in for my second IV treatment.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bile

On October 6th at 2 am I had two hard shells tacos I started getting acid reflux and the next morning felt like I was going to vomit a fever started and I felt like I ate poison and was going to die I drank water and ate some plain bread it finally passed after some time.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Acid reflux
