Stopped for lunch buffet. Both of us had a salad and few slices of pizza. Both of us became very ill a few hours later, into the night and still this morning. Both called out of work. Was only food we ate yesterday  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

I buy coffee mocha coolata at least 3x a week + Boston Kreme. I did not think of this until the other day. My PCP ordered Zofran. The vomitting it wouldnotgo away. I was hit the hardest with violent very drastic diarrhea. I have to wake up… See more
