I bought blaze pizza orignal dough last night and soon after my stomach was in extreme pain. in the middle of the night I had diarrhea, and currently I have extreme stomach pain. I think the pizza was undercooked but I'm not sure  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

My daughter ordered a kids meal with chicken and soft tacos as well as the rice. She began vomiting a few hours after, and stopped once her stomach was empty. No other symptoms to indicate a stomach virus or such  | Symptoms: Vomiting
