Ordered a chicken pastor box on Saturday evening. In the middle of the night I woke up with a churning stomach and sweats/headache. Held off for a few hours but then vomited in the morning and was extremely weak/unable to eat/do much of anything the entire day…  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache

Ate there Saturday 21st December. Ordered French onion mac and cheese and duck as the main course. About 6 hours later woke up with severe diarrhea and vomiting for 24 hours and still nauseas after 30 hours  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Went to Blimpie Base by the Acme off of Rt 440 in Jersey City. Had Roast Beef sandwich. Woke up that night with intense stomach pain. Spent the next 5hrs, throwing up, diarrhea and pain. It’s the only thing I ate all day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Sweetgreen in Paulus hook , NJ gave me and my wife diarrhea, for hours she ordered a kale salad, and I order a fish taco bowl. Two different items both affected our stomachs , it rendered me incapacitated and in the bathroom for hours, I don’t think they are washing the greens appropriately.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
