Me and my boyfriend are the impossible burgers no cheese and a large fry . The next day , I had diarrhea, nausea , high fever, and chills. My boyfriend had similar issues, except he was vomiting and tore his GI tract and is now in the hospital.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills

Ate fish and chips for lunch on Sunday 3/25. Started feeling achy and had a headache that evening. By midnight my fever was over 101. I had very flu like symptoms. Doctor thought it was the flu.
