I bought a #5 combo that comes with the drink cookie, mash potato and chicken breast and leg. The next morning, I was vomiting and feeling nausea along with diarrhea. I went to the emergency room because I couldn't drive myself to the local doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
