meal with the same uncooked chicken from the prior batch, continuing to serve it without discarding it for possible contamination. Furthermore, when I requested a temperature thermometer for quality assurance, the manager responded with uncertainty about its availability, displaying a lack of basic food safety knowledge. This negligence resulted in my son's severe illness, including vomiting and diarrhea, necessitating a hospital visit.
