I ate there about 2 hours ago and so far its just me who got sick .
My food was delivered around 12:30, i ate chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl with bread and green tea from them. 2 hours later i felt very sick and lightheaded.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Lightheaded

I had a hotdog, cookout style, and a bbq sandwich and slaw. About 6 hours later I was woken up at 5 am with terrible stomach pains and i started vomiting and bad diahrea. All day I have been in the bed or in the bathroom with these terrible cramps and horrible diahrea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Purchased a pizza on Saturday night and woke up about 4 hrs later with severe diarrhea. Symptoms lasted all day Sunday and finally subsided on Monday. A doctor visit on Monday confirmed food poisoning., I was the only one who ate that pizza and I was the only one who got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
