Early morning stop by wegmans and purchase a Cesar, salad and watermelon, that was the only thing I ate. Starting to feel sick around 10:30-11, I started to get hot and vomiting I had to leave work early. Couldn’t stop vomiting I had to pull over, all day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Someone brought in a box of tomatoes to my job yesterday 08/23/2023, I ate one and about an hour later my stomach was cramping so bad I was doubled over. Then around 1:30 08/24/23 am this morning I started throwing up with diarrhea
