Grubhub Delivery.  I ate the food around 2pm. I started having an upset stomach about an hour later with diarrhea. By 9pm I was vomiting. My fiancé also ordered a separate dish but did not get sick. Once the food was out of my system, I began to feel better.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
