Thre only thing I consumed all day on July 2nd 2021 was a Strawberry Gladiator smoothie from there. I got very bad stomach cramps about 2 hours later followed by severe diarrhea and after 6 hours I was vomiting violently for about 2 more hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

Not sure but she ate rest of ribs. I had ork chop and the sauce tasted off. Friday around 2:30 PM. My daughter ate leftovers that night. My son had burping. I had lots of gas bad taste and bathroom visits. My daughter had a lot of diarreha and did not feel so good. But has improved and bad belches.  | Symptoms: Other, Gas, Diarrhea, Headache, Burping

Ate a chicken burrito from there at about 11-12pm on my home from work.. woke up at 4am stomach hurting horribly. Diarrhea and extreme nausea... Diarrhea continued through out next day and occasional nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain

Ate a chicken biscuit with some orange juice in the morning on 06/20. Ended up feeling nauseous all day, then eventually vomited late in the afternoon. Still had feverish chills for rest of day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills

Sunday, Romain lettuce Myself and my brother ate Romain lettuce on Saturday night and by Sunday my brother was terribly sick and Monday I too was sick.

Update: I have recovered however my brother who is also affected is currently at an urgent care seeking assistance to get better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
