Purchased the in house made fried chicken in the carry and go box, ate one piece once realizing something was wrong with the texture of the meat. Had severe symptoms for 12 hours straight and in bed with no strength or appetite for 4 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
