My Son and I had single cheeseburgers, fries and a side of dipping cheese on 2/72025 at approximately 245pm. At 8 pm, both of us were projectile vomiting, severe diarrhea, fever and muscle aches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
