At there on Tuesday afternoon. Had pulled bbq chicken and cole slaw. Within an hour start to get stomach pains. Lead into nausea, throwing up, and continued pains. This is day two and still experiencing symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ordered a burrito bowl with my usuall. Approximately 30min after consumption I started throwing up. I have been unable to keep down water since. I will be visiting the ER to address dehydration tomorrow.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I got Taco Bell one day for breakfast . It didn't taste right like the one I had a few weeks ago. The employees were even suspicious that day . They acted funny and jumpy. When I got home to eat I started to vomit and have diarrhea for 2 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
