bought a mcdouble small fry and sweet tea around 1:15 pm and around 4 is when my stomach started hurting around 7:30 is when started throwing up and diahrea started every 3 mins all the way til 3 am now today im laid up in bed with the worst aches  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
