I ate a medium jalapeno thick burger combo with fries and a root beer no ice around 5pm 12/23. At 2am I woke up with a horrible headache, diarrhea, and nonstop vomiting. At 8am I am still nauseous but feeling better.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Headache

I have had disrhea and stomach cramps off and on for 2 months and I have eaten beef from here and another grocery store I have eaten beef from that one and from here and for weeks off and on and it would make me sick within 20 min. I thought I had a virus  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

My whole family ate dinner there around 5pm. Boneless wings, nachos, chicken strips. That night, we all had vomiting, diarrhea, fever, chills, headache. Lasted 2-3 days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

A friend and I had BWW for lunch yesterday. When I went home from work I wasn't feeling too well. An hour later I hurled.
