Purchased a bacon, gouda, egg sandwich at 11:00am and ate it immediately. The sandwich had a different flavor and texture than usual, but was not obviously bad. Began having stomach cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting by 6:00pm the same day.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
