I got to school for my first block of the day which is Block A I started feel like I am going to puke and went down to the nurse and they checked my temperature and it was 99.1 and I needed to use the bathroom and after I had green stool and afterwards I felt a little better afterwards and then I needed to go again in my next class and my stool was small hairy shape green pieces floating and next time i am never consuming Lucky Charms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Green Stool, Fever, Fatigue, Chills

My son he was eating lucky charms eveyday and every night he would vomit nausea diarrhea everything. That happened last week and now that im seeing the story of lucky charms and i want to know where i can report it. I still have the box for proof.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered the new Chipotle bacon and cheese with French onion soup. 15 minutes after eating I have sever abdominal cramps, watery diarreah and chills. I know it wasn't the soup as my husband ate that too and is feeling fine.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Chills
