I had two general Tso's healthy choice meals for a late lunch maybe 3pm, and about 3am I got very sick, and all that was coming out of me was undigested vegetables from the healthy choices meals and sulpher burps. I'm stick sick at 12.noon the next day, my stomach aches so bad.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Burping

Had a chicken cobb with avocado salad and green goddess dressing. Within 2 hours my stomach was turning horribly and I had diarrhea for two days. It's been two weeks and my stomach is still sour and the acidity level in my stomach is off now. I have horrible GERD symptoms from it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Soreness
