A double cheeseburger, My burger was burnt and messily prepared and after I ate it I went to bed. Several hours later I woke up with extreme stomach cramps, bloating, vommitting, nausea, dehydration, etc  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Bloating

Egg sandwich or fresh fruit from diner. Only one person that I know of hot sick. But only one had the egg sandwich and fresh fruit. Symptoms started about 12 hours later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ordered a chicken sandwich there inside walmart. Got sick. I’m guessing it was the Mayo. 2 women and they just joked the whole time. Never took their job seriously. Just laughing between each other. Be aware people. I’ve been puking and in the bathroom since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
