We all ate chicken tenders but only my husband got sick. About 15-18 hours later he had extreme diarrhea, high fever and bad headache. Had to take him to emergency room for fluids and meds, they confirmed salmonella. We think it was from dirty plates that were bought to table to share our dinners.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache

I ate there evening of June 25th. Symptoms started within 8 hours. Only I got sick out of my party of 3. Never been this sick in my life. Went to an urgent care clinic on June 25  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Ordered 5 meals to go on May 23. 3 came with salads and 2 came with chicken gnocchi soup. Both people that had the soup were violently ill all night and next day with food poisoning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
