Grilled Chicken Sandwich Food was not normal quality chicken appeared to undercooked bun was dried out crumbled possibly reheated. This was a severe case of food poisoning. Not sure Just myself. On Tuesday, belching and feeling bloated started about an hour after eating. That night severe stomach cramps and nausea. I believe a salad from there I had a Caesar salad wrap with chicken. Within 3 hours I was so thirsty and couldn’t drink enough. About an hour later I started with pure liquid diarrhea. That was at about 2pm when I ate and the diarrhea hasn’t stopped   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration
