Subway at truckstop at 385 and hwy 18. Hot springs south dakota. Ordered a all American club. Lettuce tomatoes green peppers onions cucumbers black olives. 4 hours later and im very sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
