Ate grilled chicken ceasar salad at 6pm. Nov. 3rd. Went to bed around 730/8pm. Woke up around 9pm sick as a dog until 10am the next day. Nov. 4. Was finally able to get out of bed at 5pm. Today Nov. 6, head is pounding, and i still feel out of it.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Dizziness

I day later couldn't stop going. I had to run to the bathroom for a week. After a week I ate 3 subway sandwiches and 1 Quarter pounder. I used up the entire amount on my rewards card fro the Pilot truckstop. That was about 10 years ago though. I haven't been back there since.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My son is traveling on the road so I am making this report for him. But he ate a chicken bowl Wednesday evening and was sick with Nausea, Diarrhea and chills to the point that today Friday 11/1/19 he had to be taken to the emergency room to be treated because he was severely dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
