Yesterday I ate a home wrecker, chips, and queso. After, I went to work and could not focus and was very tired. A migraine settled in until I went to sleep last night. I woke up with diarrhea at 3 am and then again at 5 am when I puked. I puked again at 8:30 am today and have still had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine

got fries onion rings and a fish sandwich. no drink. the fish tasted old and hard . the onion rings the oil tasted stale. got stomach cramping almost right away. yes the other stuff too,. i work 12 hour shift and had to stay til 7 i work tomorrow too. still cramping  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
