I at at Chipotle around 8 pm 28 Jan 2018 it’s now 29 Jan 3:33am and I’m puking my brains out and my stomach feel like something is eating the insides. I had Pizza Hut deliver a pizza last night. I had two slices and woke up in the middle of the night very very sick. Running a fever, diarrhea , vomiting and have become very dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
