I at at Chipotle around 8 pm 28 Jan 2018 it’s now 29 Jan 3:33am and I’m puking my brains out and my stomach feel like something is eating the insides. Right after my boyfriend at he said he felt nauseous and felt like he could puke. Should I go to the hospital?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a Whataburger Jr and onion rings around 1pm by midafyernnon extremely nauseous by 630 throwing up with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Headache too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps

I had Pizza Hut deliver a pizza last night. I had two slices and woke up in the middle of the night very very sick. Running a fever, diarrhea , vomiting and have become very dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
