Purchased chicken fajita taco. At 12am saturday February 27,2021. Around 3am started feeling sharp abdominal cramps. Diarrhea around 7pm about 7 more times by 430pm all liquid blood and brown.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Bloody Stool
