Ate a bacon cheeseburger at about 1PM Yesterday. By 3 or 4 had bad indigestion and by 6 PM diarrhea. That night fever and chills. Still feel terrible. Never again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Migraine, Indigestion

My brother in law & sister brought me a take out plate which I got the French Toast with eggs, bacon, & two sausage links. I also got a side of biscuits. I could not finish the sausage due to the odd taste & texture as well… See more

After ordering at McDonald a hot n spicy later that night I started getting abdominal pain after an intense 5 hours of being nauseous and pain I threw up the food ... as well as the next day's my system has been so sensitive and I've been diagnosed  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I recently went to Wingstop on 01/08/2017 and I always asked for extra well done due to me getting food poisoning from this same location. I woke up in the morning with serious nausea and had to remain in the restroom because I kept vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
