I hadn’t eaten all morning and was busy so I ordered it via DoorDash. Halfway thru my plate, I became violently ill and remained that way until now, at 0530 the following morning. I ate a breakfast burrito from on July 4th and sense then I have severe diarrhea and nausea. I had a fever last night on July 5th and have not been able to stay off the toilet for more than 20 minutes for almost 48 hours now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
