My sandwich seemed like it was made at a way earlier time than when I went through the drive through. The sandwich was hot, but the breading on the fish was completely soft all the way through and the bun was soggy. I felt great all day until the nausea hit a couple hours after eating the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Ate sweet pork burrito, noticed weird taste with rice. Stop eating it mid way. Hour later, I was vomiting and had diarrhea. Will never eat here again. Or any Cafe rio for that matter!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had 2 sausage breakfast burritos and shortly after i ended up violently throwing up and exploding out both ends. Passed out and was really sick. I won't be eating at McDonald's ever qgain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
