I ate here for dinner had a chicken burrito bowl with no cheese because I am lactose intolerant and my stomach has been cramping so bad. The pain is so severe. I have been very constipated as well. Finally went to the bathroom. My stomach still is in pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Took my kids to their food about 7 hours ago. We all ate hamburgers. About two hours after my oldest, who ate the most hamburger started throwing up. A few hours later my youngest started and now my oldest has diarrhea. No symptoms for me, my husband, or our other son yet.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Vomiting

My 9 year old came home sick from dance with nausea after having a smoothie right before with Triple Berry Blend frozen fruit, I also had a stomach ache and after asking my husband if he had gotten sick after he had a smoothie a few days prior he said he had gotten diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
