Lady grabbed my muffin with the wax paper but then switched hands and flipped the wax paper. She wasn't paying attention.

Ate the muffin and within a few hours I had bad stomach pains. It was the only items which I ate that my partner did not and she had no issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Ordered 3 barbacoa tacos, was fine. Next day I woke up sprinting to the bathroom & projectile vomited. Been having diarrhea for about 12 hours which has now turned bloody.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloody Stool

I swear I never get diarrhea from any other place, but whenever I eat at this location, my stomach hurts or I have diarrhea. I am not sure if they do not have good sanitation or cook the food improperly, but this just always happens  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
