Chef boyarde spaghetti and meatballs
My almost 2 year old ate can of spaghetti and meatballs today for lunch 30min- an hour later the started throwing up it was only his 2nd time eating it. He also had diarrhea he was very irritable.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
