I ordered a tuna sub at this place that is inside a gas station. It tasted a little off, a few hours later I experienced severe diarrhea. Also the restaurant told me there were no restrooms for customers. I was unable to wash my hands before eating and after pumping gas at their station.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas

We got the Chinese food special at the deli around 6:30 pm. First of all the food tasted very old, like it had been sitting in the case all day. The shrimp tasted like hard chewy chicken, and the rice has hard peices in it. Now I am so constipated and bloated it hurts to bad to even stand up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Bloating

I saw the advertisment for the chicken rotisserie no antibiotics no preservatives ever I thought I would try this and was sick 4 hours later severe. Projectile vomiting and diarrhea burning esophagus . Symptoms lasted 2 days with gradual improvement  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
