2/13/2023- Sudden onset of symptoms about 3 hours after eating a chicken sandwich from here. I hadn't eaten anything else before or after. Not a confirmed salmonella diagnosis but seems likely.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Vomiting
Suspected source: The only thing I had all afternoon was a Starbucks black iced tea
Onset: 3 hours
Duration: Still ongoing
Sick: 1
Additional information: A few hours after having my tea I got violent sick throwing up and dry heaving  | Symptoms: Vomiting
