On June 1st I had a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal and after about 30 minutes had bad Vomiting and Diarrhea. I ate this in the afternoon and was vomiting throughout the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband ate Lucky charms in the morning on April 2nd, and by noon he was throwing up non stop and ended up in the hospital. He had diarrhea for the next several days. The hospital wasn't able to determine the reason for his illness and had no other reasons for being ill.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
