I ate about 1/2 the surf and turf entree, no rice, and the small chocolate desert. No alcohol, had Diet Coke. Was nauseated upon arriving home and the next day had severe diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate Panda Express around 6 pm last night, Sunday the 13th, and woke up at midnight sick. Fever like symptoms; chills, nausea, vomiting, body aches, and dizziness.
