my family and I ate the tortellini with basil pesto I got from costco, then few hrs after,we experienced abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting and diarrhea. until now, we're still in pain and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

So When I first arrive at Costco, I went directly to the food court in Costco. Then when I approached the cashier, I told the Cashier that "I want one order of chicken bake please." Then after I got my change from paying at least five bucks.… See more
