On June 1st I had a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal and after about 30 minutes had bad Vomiting and Diarrhea. I ate this in the afternoon and was vomiting throughout the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I had a footlong tuna sandwich and a day later I experienced fever and diarrhea and my wife as well. It was the last fast food restaurant we ate from before being diagnosed with Viral gastroenteritis (Stomach Flu.)  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Fever, Gas

I got some deli meat from here and only ate one slice and hadn’t eat anything else all day and felt nauseous immediately and started vomiting about an hour later. So far I’ve been up all night alternating throwing up and diarrhea and I might have a fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
