Not sure 2 people got sick, me and my girlfriend finished eating just after 4 pm and I started throwing up at 11 pm. My girlfriend started throwing up at 2 am. We have vomited and had diarrhea ever since and it is the only food we have eaten all day

Ordered sausage and cheese pizza, was fine until two hours later when I got violently sick. My friend got a meat lovers pizza so I'm guessing it was the mild sausage.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had the 11 inch thin crust meat lover pizza. It was delicious but I had explosive diarrhea later in the afternoon. I was sweating a few hours later. I had stomach cramps for 24 hours and I was wiped out for 36 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Sweating

My 5 yr old son had a strawberry banana smoothie. Within about 1-2 hrs after had stomach cramps and then started to throw up. It has been going off and on for the last 13 hrs. He has also had a fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Cramps
