My fiancé and I ordered a 20/20 wing bundle and side of cheese curds on 5/11/21. We were both tossing and turning with a fever and stomach pains throughout the night, then the vomiting and diarrhea started in the early morning. We are still in pain and having difficulty keeping liquids down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Stomach Pain

On May 6, 2021, I ate chow mein and orange chicken. About 4-5 hours my symptoms started. I got so dehydrated and my symptoms would not go away I had to get IV fluids.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

My husband was the only one sick. I had a completely different pizza. We ate around 7 pm and he woke up around 3:30 am feeling nauseous, and around 4 am started vomiting.

Not sure 2 people got sick, me and my girlfriend finished eating just after 4 pm and I started throwing up at 11 pm. My girlfriend started throwing up at 2 am. We have vomited and had diarrhea ever since and it is the only food we have eaten all day
