Today on 1/23/16 at 6:30pm. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget, junior bacon cheeseburger and a medium strawberry lemonade. About 1 1/2 hours later I felt nauseous then quickly vomited it up. I have been vomiting since with diarrhea, and feel really weak  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

My husband and I shared a club sandwich. We had nothing else but did not that something tasted slightly off - not bad, just off, like the mayo was too tangy or something. Stupid us still ate it anyway. Woke up st 4 with diarrhea and vomiting. We feel like we are dying.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had a veggie omelet, no cheese. Started getting cramps in about 20 minutes. Three hours had full-blown diarharea (sp?) which cleaned me out and left me under the weather for the rest of the day. Then I was fine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
