This afternoon around 430pm sat down for dinner at Chop Sticks. O notice a gas/oil smell in restaurant. When I made waiter aware of situation he seem uncaring, but knew of smell. Gave me a headache, got home and 6 hours later sick on stomach all night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache
