Within 10 minutes of eating, I had extreme stomach cramps, then spent next hour throwing up and explosive diarrhea. A day later I’m still having stomach cramps, but constipation and rectal bleeding. Calling dr now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Constipation
