Tried to report it to Wendy's but was told their manager is on vacation and to call back next week.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

I was eating a Red Barron supreme microwavable pizza at 9:30 pm. At 10 pm I started having stomach problems that felt like gas. But there was no gas, I ended up having Diarrhea and I started throwing up around 1 AM.
